Biography
With over 35 years of building and management experience on a variety of projects
including airports, roads, commercial tilt-wall buildings, and logistic terminals, Mike has a
strong knowledge of the civil construction industry. His past experience also includes
managing as many as 200 employees and as much as $22 million in one single project.
Along with being the Owner and Vice President of XLNT Contracting LLC, Mike oversees
every phase of each project and maintains strong relationships with every client. Mike
provides interpersonal management for every client with extremely superior
communication while legislating and managing all aspects of the construction process
